Obsidian is a strongly protective and creative stone. It grounds the soul, increasing self control. Obsidian will repel negativity and disperse unloving thoughts. Obsidian brings clarity to the mind and clears any confusion. It will allow you to face the cause of your emotional blockages, and help you clear them.

Hematite grounds and protects energy. It stimulates concentration. Hematite will absorb any negative energy, when so much energy has been absorbed, the stone may break. It will help release any emotional blocks holding you back.
